This immaculate  historical home is well equipped with modern amenities-internet, cable, flat screen tv’s, and all new kitchen appliances.  Our duplex home is divided between the “sides” we are calling them the Maumee side and Auglaize side.

Both sides have 2 bedrooms, one king and one queen, bath, fully equipped kitchen and living area. You will find new mattresses, flat screen tv’s in king rooms and in the living room.

Guest enjoy our well-manicured grounds.  A beautiful seating area in garden is the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee. Guest also have access to a private 2 car garage.

Conveniently located to downtown Defiance. An easy 2 block walking distance to several area restaurants, local library, and scenic walking trails along the Auglaize and Maumee rivers.
